This company has more than 50 years of experience and has worked under different titles with registration number 5942. In 1995, Iranian Red Crescent Society purchased 100 percent of its shares and its name was changed to Helal Iran Textile Industries.

Based on Article 3 of its registration license, the subject matter of its activities are:

1. Production of different type of yarn, fabric, blankets and in general any type of textile material and the sale of manufactured material;

2. The sale, purchase and import of different kind of raw material, machineries and spare parts as required;

Laboratory may offer its services to other companies, if it is asked by other companies for such tests.
